[백신] SOPHOS Home 한글 깨짐 문제 해결법

많은 분들이 크롬 등의 어플리케이션(프로그램)에서 한글이 깨져 Sophos 제품 사용을 못하시는 걸로 알고 있습니다. Sophos에 문의해본 결과, Anti-Kelogger 때문에 한글이 깨지는 걸로 확인했습니다.

Thank you for contacting Sophos Home support.

I understand that you can't use the Korean language while Sophos Home isactivated and I would be happy to assist you with it.

I would recommend turning off Keylogger protection and see if that fixes theissue.

1) Login to your account my.sophos.com
2) Click on Protection tab > Select " Web " subsection >Safe Online banking
3) Go to advanced settings > Turn off keylogger protection

보아하니, 키로거 방지를 위해, 입력한 내용을 암호화하는 과정에서 한글을 소화(?) 못 시키는 것 같습니다. 

Protection 탭 > Web 파트 > Safe Online Banking에 Keyrogger Protection을 비활성화 시키면 아무 문제없이 사용가능합니다!

사용해보니 개인적으로 별다른 설정이 필요없고 알아서 가벼워서 사용하기 좋습니다. 당분간은 사용해봐야겠습니다.
